高频彩色多普勒超声在眼内占位性病变诊断中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在眼内占位性病变诊断中的价值。方法应用高频彩色多普勒超声对42例眼内占位性病变进行二维超声及彩色多普勒超声检查，并与手术结果进行对比分析。结果视网膜母细胞瘤、睫状体黑色素瘤、睫状体黑色素细胞瘤、脉络膜血管瘤、脉络膜黑色素瘤、脉络膜转移癌可见彩色血流显示，视网膜下出血、虹膜黑色素瘤未见明显彩色血流。结论应用高频彩色多普勒超声可显著提高眼内占位忡病变诊断的准确性，为临床提供可靠的诊断依据。

Value of high frequency color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraocular space - occupying lesions

Objective To investigate the advantages of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of intraocular space - occupying lesions. Methods With CDFI 42 cases of intraocular space - occupying lesions were analyzed,and compared with the results after operations, combining with the image features of 2D uhrasonography and the color doppler flow imaging. Results Blood flow signal can be found in retinoblastoma, melanoma of ciliary body, melanocytoma of ciliary body, angioma of choroid, melanoma of chorold, metastatic tumors of choroid, but we can not find any blood flow signal in subretinal hemorrhages,melanoma of iris. Conclusion CDFI could improved sensitivity in the diseases of intraocular space - occupying lesions obviously, CDFI can get more information for clinical diagnosis.
