摘    要:船舶建造精度控制是对造船全过程的尺寸精度分析与控制,随着船体结构加工精度的不断提高,装配工艺装备、工艺程序的不断优化,船体装配与焊接精度控制的重点是对焊接过程中所产生的变形开展有效监测与防控。固有应变有限元计算是通过避开复杂的焊接过程,采用简单的弹性静载分析,简化计算过程,辅之于专用焊接变形预测软件,对焊接过程中的固有应变进行预测,给出相应的焊接变形补偿量,从而达到精度控制的目标要求,并在575000DWT散货船尾部分段生产实践中加以了应用。

Abstract:Ship building precision control is dimensional accuracy analysis and control in the whole process of shipbuilding precision .Along with continuously improving hull structure processing accuracy; continuously optimization assembly process and equipment, the key point of hull assembly line and welding accuracy control is to carry out effective monitoring and controlling deformation produced in the welding process. Inherent strain finite element calculation adapt elastic static load analysis; avoiding the complex welding process to simplify the calculation process. Auxiliary to the special welding distortion prediction software, inherent strain in the welding process is predicted, the corresponding welding deformation compensation quantity is given, so as to achieve the goal of control accuracy requirement. It has been found that the calculation results are consistent with the practice through the 575000 DWT bulk carrier tail section production practice.
