| 摘 要： | 酮咯酸是一种新一代强效镇痛的非甾体类抗炎药.随着给药系统和制剂技术的不断发展,酮咯酸除常规的口服与注射给药外,还开发了经皮肤、眼部、鼻腔及口腔黏膜的给药新途径与新剂型,使酮咯酸具有长效镇痛和局部给药局部起效两大主要特点.酮咯酸新型制剂镇痛效果良好,且能提高患者的顺应性和用药安全性,具有良好的市场前景.

| Abstract: | Ketorolac is a new kind of non steroidal agents with potent analgesic activities. New formulation and delivery systems of ketorolac has been developed such as ocular, transdermal, nasal and buccal delivery systems in addition to oral and injection dosage forms, which makes the formulation of ketorolac long-lasting and local effect. The new ketorolac formulations have good analgesic effect, and are objective to improving patient's compliance and security, which have a promising future. |
