2006-2009年陕西省食品药品检验所对医疗机构抽验药品质量现状及分析

目的：分析陕西省食品药品检验所近年来在医疗机构抽验药品的质量情况，为药监部门对医疗机构的药品监管及抽验工作提供参考依据。方法：以检验报告书为依据，对2006--2009年我所在医疗机构抽验的药品质量现状及不合格情况进行统计分析。结果：陕西省、市、县及乡等各级医疗机构用药质量情况基本良好，存在质量问题较多的主要为注射剂、中药材及中药饮片。结论：通过总结归纳分析存在的共性问题，为监管部门监管及医疗机构改进工作提出对策及建议。

Analysis on the Quality of Drugs in Shannxi Medical Institution Spottested by Shannxi Institute of Food and Drug Control from 2006 to 2009

OBJECTIVE： To analyze the quality of the drugs spottested in recent years in medical institutions by Instiiute of Food and Drug Control so as to provide references for drug supervision department in supervising and testing drugs of medical institutions. METHODS： Based on the test report, the status quo of the quality and the disqualification of the drugs spottested from 2006 to 2009 in medical institutions by Institute of Food and Drug Control were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： The drug quality in different medical institutions （provincial, municipal, county, township etc） in Shannxi was good on the whole. The unqualified drugs were mainly injectable preparation, Chinese crude drug and cut crude drug. CONCLUSION ： The common problems detected in the analysis of the quality of drugs in medical institutions serve as beneficial references for the concerned supervision department in supervising drug quality and for medical institutions to improve the drug quality.
