复方丹参片质量对其耐缺氧和抗心肌缺血作用的影响

目的：观察3种品牌复方丹参片耐缺氧和抗心肌缺血作用。方法：对3种品牌的复方丹参片内在质量采用TLC法进行冰片鉴别比较、采用HPLC法对其所含药效成分进行了含量测定;通过药效学试验观察3种品牌的复方丹参片对小鼠耐缺氧时间和大鼠心肌缺血指标的改变。结果：3种复方丹参片均不同程度延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间;对垂体后叶素致急性心肌缺血大鼠模型心率、S-T段、T波等3个指标的测定可以看出3组复方丹参片都有保护和改善心肌缺血的趋势,但改善程度有差异,总体趋势为1组〉2组〉3组。结论：3种复方丹参片均有改善心肌缺血的药效学作用,药效学强度依次为1组〉2组〉3组,说明复方丹参片的不同质量对其药效发挥有一定的影响。

Protective Effects of Compound Danshen Tables against Hypoxia and Myocardial Ischemia

OBJECTIVE：To observe protective effects of 3 brands of Compound Danshen Tablets with different quality against hypoxia and myocardial ischemia.METHODS：The technique of TLC was used to identify borneol of the 3 brands of compound Danshen tablets and the HPLC method was used to assay the active components contained in the tablets; pharmacodynamic tests were performed to observe the changes in hypoxia endurance time of mice and indices of myocardial ischemia of rats after administration of Compound Danshen Tables.RESULTS：The 3 brands of compound Danshen Tables could prolong the survival time of normobaric hypoxia in varying degrees; determination of 3 indicators including heart rate,S-T segment and T wave in Wistar rats with pituitrin-induced acute myocardial ischemia revealed that all the 3 brands of compound Danshen Tables had the trend of protecting myocardial tissue and improving myocardial ischemia, with group 1 showing the best improvement, followed by group 2 and 3.CONCLUSION：All the 3 brands of compound Danshen tablets have the pharmacodynamic effects of improving myocardial ischemia,much as in group1,followed by group2 and group 3.The results indicate that the quality difference of Compound Danshen Tablets is associated with pharmacodynamic effect to some degree.
