上海市奉贤区中小学生意外伤害监测分析

目的了解中小学生意外伤害的发生情况及分布特征,为制定学生伤害干预措施提供科学依据。方法采用学校、社区二级监测报告网,对上海市奉贤区2006学年在校学生意外伤害个案登记和报告资料进行统计。结果2006学年奉贤区中、小学生意外伤害发生率为3.74‰,其中小学生为3.12‰,初中生为5.11‰,高中生为2.20‰;男生为5.51‰,女生为1.79‰。学校是学生发生伤害的最主要场所,占33.12%;课间休息是学生发生意外伤害的最主要时段,占35.67%;消遣是发生意外伤害时的最主要活动,占45.22%;跌倒或跌落是伤害最主要的原因,占58.6%;骨折最主要的伤害性质,占59.87%;手和腕是最主要的伤害部位,占29.3%。结论学校应针对性地开展学生安全教育,减少意外伤害的发生,促进学生健康。

Surveillance of Unintentional Injuries among Primary and Secondary School Students

Objective ] To understand the occurrence and distribution features of unintentional injuries among primary and secondary school students, and provide evidence for developing interventions. Methods ] The secondary surveillance network of school and community was applied, the information about students＇unintentional injuries registration was analyzed in Fengxian District of Shanghai City in 2006. Results] The incidence of unintentional injuries was 3.74‰ among which 3.12‰ were primary school students, 5.11‰ were secondary school students, 2.20‰ were high school students; 5.51%o were boys and 1.79‰ were girls. Most cases occurred in campus （33.12%） , during playtime （35.67%）, conducting recreation （45.22%）. The main reason for injuries was fall （ 58.6% ）; major injury was fracture （ 59.87% ） ; hand and wrist were the most probably injure parts （ 29.3% ）. Conclusion] The school should carry out safety education among students to reduce the incidence of unintentional injure and improve students＂ health.
