摘    要:影像学引导下微创诊疗技术在临床工作中的价值日益凸显,但CT/MRI引导下经皮穿刺存在依赖操作者经验、存在辐射或易受呼吸影响而发生位移等问题。影像学导航机器人系统的发展大大提升了微创诊疗过程的精准度及安全性。本文针对CT/MRI导航机器人系统用于微创诊疗研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Although image-guided minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic technologies are more and more valuable in clinical practice, whereas CT/MRI-guided percutaneous puncture has problems such as relying on physician experiences, radiation exposure and displacement caused by breathing movement. The development of image-guided robotic systems greatly have improved the accuracy and safety of minimally invasive procedures. The research progresses of CT/MRI-guided robotic systems for minimally invasive diagnosis and therapy were reviewed in this article.
