摘    要:攀西地区钒钛磁铁矿资源极具战略价值且储量丰富,综合利用价值很高,但通过选矿工艺流程回收铁与钛的成本逐年递增。为保证该地区资源利用的高效性与经济性,近几年针对性开发出一种新型外磁内流式永磁筒式磁选机,该机采用永磁磁系外置且筒内轴向分选,磁力、重力与离心力同向作用,高场强内敛式磁路匹配大分选带的分区设计,尤其适用于综合选别由强磁性钛磁铁矿与弱磁性钛铁矿组成的复合型钒钛磁铁矿。主要介绍了该新型磁选机的发展背景、工作原理与结构特性,并重点分析了针对钒钛磁铁矿磨前粗粒综合预选、钛铁矿粗选与尾矿回收等作业段简化工艺流程、节能减排的技术探索与应用实践。

xploration and Application of New External-magnetic Magnetic Separation Technique in Panxi Region

Abstract:As the abundant-reserved important strategic resource, comprehensive utilization of V-Ti magnetite in Panxi region is much valuable while the utilized cost of iron and titanium by mineral processing increased year by year. Thus a new external-magnetic internal-flowing permanent drum separator was accordingly developed in recent years to ensure the efficient and economical utilization. The new separator was featured with permanent external-magnetic system and internal-flowing along axial direction, in which the magnetic force, gravity and centrifugal force function in same direction. Moreover, the high-intensity introverted magnetic circuit matched with plot design of large separation zone is especially suitable for comprehensively separating V-Ti magnetite consisted of strongly magnetic titanic magnetite and weakly magnetic ilmenite. Generally, developing background, operating principle and structural performance of the separators were mainly introduced in this paper. Meanwhile, the targeted technology explorations and applications in simplifying processing flow, energy-saving and emission-reduction for coarse pre-concentration before grinding and rough concentration or tailings recovery of the ilmenite were selectively analyzed.
