对油公司资产全生命周期管理的思考

近年来,油公司的油气产量一直保持不断增长的良好势头,但产量的增长主要依赖于不断攀升的巨额投资,每年巨额的投入致使资产折旧大幅攀升,吨油完全成本连年上涨。结合资产全生命周期管理的理论,在对油公司资产管理现状分析的基础上,探索油公司资产管理的新模式,追求资产全寿命周期的成本最低,提高资产的投资效益,发挥资产全寿命的最大效益,是关系到油公司持续稳定快速发展的重要课题。

Thoughts on Oil Company's Assets Lifecycle Management

In recent years,oil and gas production of the oil companies has maintained a good momentum of continuous growth,but production growth is mainly dependent on the huge investment rising,leading to a sharp rise in depreciation and the full cost tons of oil rising year after year.In this paper,on the basis of the status quo asset management analysis of oil compa-nies and combining the theory of asset lifecycle management,we will explore new models of asset management of oil companies and pursue asset life-cycle cost minimum to improve investment returns of assets and play the greatest benefit of asset life.
