老年血管性痴呆从肾虚血瘀论治初探

血管性痴呆是老年人痴呆的最常见类型,其发病率呈上升趋势,成为当前老年医学面临的严峻问题之一。中医药治疗对血管性痴呆症状的改善具有一定优势。根据老年血管性痴呆患者的生理、病理特点,提出肾虚、血瘀是该病发生的重要因素,二者相互影响,构成其主要发病机制;在益肾活血的基础上,结合辨证论治是治疗老年血管性痴呆的有效途径。

Study on the Treatment of Elderly Vascular Dementia from Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis

Vascular dementia is one of the most common types of dementia in the elderly.Due to the rising of incidence,it becomes a stern question that current gerontology faces.Chinese medicine treatment for the improvement of the symptoms of vascular dementia shows some advantages.According to the physiological and pathological characteristic of elderly patients with vascular dementia,it proves that kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the fundamental pathogenesis of vascular dementia.Based on tonifying kidney and promoting blood and combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment,is proved to be the effective therapeutic principle of elderly patients with vascular dementia.
