液压支架的设计缺陷及改进措施浅析

摘    要:分析了国内液压支架优化研究工作的现状,以及现阶段液压支架设计过程中存在的一些缺陷,并提出了超静定液压支架、薄板小挠度理论、参数化设计等相应的改进措施。为今后液压支架的设计和优化提供了参考。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the research status of the hydraulic support's optimization at home and shorts existing in its design,and proposes some corresponding improvements,such as hyperstatic hydraulic support,small deflection theory of the thin plate,parametric design.This provides references for the future design and optimization of the hydraulic support.
