摘    要:在锰系产品深加工化合工序中,蜗轮蜗杆减速机因其处于高温、中速运转、酸碱腐蚀性强的恶劣环境下,蜗杆端普通骨架油封经常融化磨损,发生润滑油泄露,导致减速机故障多,环境卫生差,设备使用寿命短。通过对蜗杆端漏油进行改进设计,采用了非接触式密封和接触式密封相结合的方法,使蜗轮蜗杆减速机无论是处于动态情况下还是静态情况下,都能得到良好的密封,从而达到改善环境卫生,延长设备使用寿命的目的。

Abstract:In combined process of manganese products deep processing, we know, because of worm-gear motor in high temperature, medium-speed operation and strong acid corrosion, the general framework oil seal of its worm end is usually melt and worn, which will lead to oil leaks and increase in gear failure, poor sanitation and a shorter service life of equipment. To improve the design of the worm end in preventing oil spills, this article tries to combine the non-contact seals with the contact seals, which makes sure that the worm-gear motor in either dynamic or static situation to improve the surroundings at the same time and extend the service life of the facilities.
