培哚普利联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肾实质性高血压效果观察

目的：观察培哚普利联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肾实质性高血压的效果。方法：选取我院收治的肾实质性高血压患者100例，随机将其分成实验组50例，对照组50例，培哚普利联合左旋氨氯地平治疗实验组，培哚普利联合硝酸地平治疗对照组，比较临床治疗效果。结果：治疗后，实验组肾实质性高血压控制效果优于对照组，肾功能改善情况优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：培哚普利联合左旋氨氯地平治疗肾实质性高血压，效果满意，值得各级医院应用。

Effectiveness analysis of renal hypertension Perindopril Levamlodipine treatment

Objective： To investigate perindopril treatment levamlodipine practical effect of renal hypertension. Methods： 100 patients in our hospital renal hypertension,were randomly divided into the experimental group of 50 patients in the control group of 50 patients, perindopril Levamlodipine treatment in the experimental group, perindopril amlodipine combined with nitric acid treated control group, the clinical effect. Results： After treatment, the experimental group, the substantive effect of renal blood pressure control in hypertensive patients than the control group, the improvement of renal function than the control group, were statistically significant （P〈0.05）between groups. Conclusion： Perindopril Levamlodipine renal hypertension treatment, the effect is satisfactory, it is worth all levels of hospital applications.
