助鞣剂的研究与应用

摘    要:本文研究了助鞣剂PAT和PCP在裸皮中的吸收情况和鞣革性能。同时研究了它们与铬、铝、甲醛和栲胶等鞣剂的结合稳定性及其产生的助鞣作用。讨论了这两种助鞣剂与各种鞣剂配合使用的优化方案。结果表明,助鞣剂自身没有鞣性,但基于其多官能基结构,可以明显的增强鞣剂与革的结合能力,从而改善革的物理性能,并显著减少废液中的鞣剂含量。将这两种助剂搭配使用,可以生产出高质量的鞋面革和服装革。

Abstract:The absorbability in pelt and tanning properties of auxilliary tanning agents PAT and PCP had been investigated. Their combination with tanning agents Cr, Al, HCHO and vegetable tannin extract was also studied. As a result, auxiliary tanning ability of PAT and PCP was comprehensively understood. The data obtained indicated that auxilliary tanning agents had no tanning property. But for the polyfunctional tructures, they could increase the interaction or tanning agent and collagen, and improve the quality of resalfed leather and reduce the tannin content in effluent obviously. These two auxilliary tanning agents can be used together to produce high quality of leather, especially to make soft upper and garment leather.
