复方松油醇皮肤消毒液消毒性能的试验观察

摘    要:为了解复方松油醇皮肤消毒液消毒相关性能,采用载体定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法,对其杀菌效果、稳定性以及毒性进行了实验室研究。结果,以复方松油醇皮肤消毒液原液,对布片上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌作用1 m in,平均杀灭率均达到99.90%以上。以其原液对皮肤喷湿作用2 m in,可使皮肤表面自然菌平均下降98.45%。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口毒性试验,LD50>5000 mg/kg.bw,属实际无毒级;蓄积毒性试验为弱蓄积性;对家兔皮肤无刺激作用;小鼠骨髓微核试验和精子畸变试验均为阴性。该消毒剂原液经37℃储存3个月,其杀菌效果无明显改变。结论,复方松油醇皮肤消毒液对细菌和真菌有较好的杀灭效果,性能稳定,属无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激。

Abstract:In order to know the disinfection-related properties of compound terpineol skindisinfection solution,carrier quantitative germicidal test and animal test were used to carry out laboratory study on its germicidal efficacy,stability and toxicity.Results: The average killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the stock solution of the compound terpineol skin-disinfection solution for 1 min attained over 99.90%.Spraying the stock solution to moisten the skin for 2 min could reduce the natural bacteria on skin by 98.45% in average.In mouse acute oral toxicity test,the LD_(50) of the disinfection solution was >5000 mg/kg·bw,so it belongs to practically non-toxic grade.Cumulative toxicity test showed that it had slight accumulation.It did not irritate rabbit skin and was negative in mouse bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm aberration test.The germicidal efficacy of its stock solution did not change significantly after storing at 37℃ for 3 months.Conclusions: The compound terpineol skin-disinfection solution has good efficacy in killing bacteria and fungi.It is stable,does not irritate skin and belongs to non-toxic substances.
