| 摘 要： | 艾滋病已经成为我国的重大公共卫生问题。提高临床医生对艾滋病的认识,采取科学、有效的防治措施是控制艾滋病流行的关键。尽管我国艾滋病疫情还呈低流行态势,但艾滋病影响的人群和范围在扩大。科学的进步改变了人们对艾滋病的认识,抗病毒治疗的应用使得艾滋病从一种致死性疾病转变为一种慢性全身性疾病。对艾滋病病人的关怀涉及到多部门、多学科。临床医生需科学地认识和诊治艾滋病,提高艾滋病的防治水平,尽快实现让广大艾滋病病人在普通医院就能接受到相应的医疗服务。人们需通过临床和科研的结合,不断解决艾滋病诊治中的各种问题,不断优化艾滋病病人的诊治方案,不断改善艾滋病病人的预后,提高病人的生存质量。
