| 摘 要： | 介绍该设备的特点及在聚酯生产上的应用。它摒弃变压吸附普遍采用的上、下等势均压,而采用上部等势均压,中、下部交叉不等势均压的方式,充分利用吸收塔内的分子筛,能将氮气回收率提高9.5%~45%,生产高纯氮时空氮比可达到7.1:1。液氮气化成本是变压吸附的6.9倍(99%纯度)和2.3倍(99.999%纯度)。

| Abstract: | The equipment characteristics and its application to PET production were introduced.The up and down equal potential even pressure type common used to variable pressure adsorption was abandoned.The up equal potential even pressure and middle down cross not equal potential even pressure type was used.The molecular sieves in the adsorption tower were fully utilized.The nitrogen recovery ratio was increased 9.5%~45%.The ratio of air to nitrogen can reach 7.1:1 when production high purity nitrogen.The liquid nitrogen gasification cost was 6.9 times(99% purity)and 2.3 times(99.999% purity) of variable pressure adsorption cost. |
