摘    要:通过计算和仿真分析,优化了250MW全氢冷发电机转子槽内布置设计、转子线圈设计、转子引线设计和转子嵌线设计,使得新的全氢冷发电机转子电工在满足性能和可靠性的前提下,符合系列化、模块化的设计要求,同时进一步降低成本。

Abstract:Through calculation and simulation analysis,the arrangement inside rotor slot,rotor coil design,rotor leads design as well as rotor coil embedded design of the 250 MW hydrogen-cooled generator are optimized,make the new electrical design of the fully-hydrogen-cooled generator rotor meeting with not only the modulated and serialized designing requirement but low cost,under the premise of satisfying operating performance and reliability.
