摘    要:以2-甲氧基苯胺与乙氧基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯为起始原料,经缩合、环合、水解、脱羧、氯化反应制得目标化合物4-氯-8-甲氧基喹啉,总收率为33.81%(以2-甲氧基苯胺计,m/m)。对各步合成工艺进行了优化,目标产物结构经1H NMR和MS确证。

Abstract:4-Chloro-8-methoxyquinoline was synthesized from 2-anisidine and diethyl(ethoxymethylene) malonate via condensation,cyclization,hydrolysis,decarboxylation and chlorination in overall yield of 33.81%.The reaction conditions were optimized and product was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
