福建地区茶园重金属含量测定与茶树品种富集性研究

福建是我国最主要的产茶省份之一,茶叶中的重金属含量是评价茶叶质量的重要指标。本研究通过对福建主要产茶区茶园不同深度土壤中重金属含量以及主要栽培茶树品种中重金属富集性的研究,对福建地区茶园中重金属污染情况进行了评价与分析,为科学评估茶园重金属含量提供了理论依据及数据参考。

Determination of Heavy Metals in Tea Gardens and Study on the Concentration of Tea Varieties in Fujian

Fujian is one of the most important tea-producing provinces in China. Oolong tea, white tea and green tea are mainly produced in Fujian. The output of tea is high and the quality of tea is excellent. The main tea-producing cities are Anxi, Wuyishan and Fuding. This study evaluated and analyzed the heavy metal pollution of tea plantations in Fujian Province by studying the heavy metal content in the soil of tea plantations in different depths in main tea producing areas of Fujian Province and the heavy metal content in the soil of main tea plantations, which provided theoretical basis and data reference for scientific evaluation of the heavy metal content in tea plantations.
