摘    要:对34CrNiMo6风电主轴采用改进后的降温淬火工艺,将淬火温度从860℃降至800℃,冷却方式由单纯油冷改为水冷+空冷+水冷+油冷,并适当提高回火温度,产品的综合力学性能得到较大改善,低温冲击吸收能量完全满足技术要求。

Abstract:The improved cooling and quenching process has been adopted for 34CrNiMo6 wind power spindle.The quenching temperature of 34CrNiMo6 wind power spindle has been reduced from 860℃to 800℃,the cooling mode has been changed from oil cooling to water cooling+air cooling+water cooling+oil cooling,and the tempering temperature has been appropriately raised.The comprehensive mechanical properties of the product have been greatly improved,and the low temperature impact absorption energy fully meet the technical requirements.
