| 摘 要： | 目的 研究小金分散片的抗炎、镇痛作用.方法 通过二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀观察其抗炎作用；通过热板法和醋酸扭体法观察其镇痛作用.结果 抗炎实验表明,小金分散片中剂量对二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀有明显的抑制作用,与空白对照组比较有显著性差异(P＜0.05)；小金分散片中剂量对角叉菜胶致炎后2,4 h的作用明显...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Xiao Jin Dispersible Tablet. Methods Anti-inflammatory effects were studied by the models of paw edema induced by carrageen in rats and ear swelling induced by xylene in mice.The pain models were established by acetic acid and hot plate in mice.
