摘    要:2-氨基-5-硝基噻唑是医药和染料重要的合成中间体。以醋酸乙烯酯为原料,经过氯化、水解、环合以及硝化等过程合成目标产物。较优工艺条件为:n(醋酸乙烯酯)∶n(硫脲)=1∶1.0,环合温度50℃,硝化温度30℃。反应总收率提高到84%。产品经高效液相色谱、1H NMR表征。产品纯度97.5%(HPLC)。该方法具有成本低、收率高、易于工业化等优点。

Abstract:2-Amino-5-nitrothiazole is an important intermediate for organic synthesis in the fields of medicine and dyes.This compound was synthesized in overall yield of 84% starting from vinyl acetate via chlorination,hydrolysis,cyclization and nitration.The optimal reaction conditions were as follows:the molar ratio of vinyl acetate to thiourea of 1 to 1,the cyclization temperature of 50℃,the nitration temperature of 30℃.The product was confirmed with 1H NMR and HPLC.Its purity was 97.5%(HPLC).
