摘    要:针对铜拉线机在线连续退火设备的工艺及技术要求,提出了一种模糊控制+PID复合控制方法,SIMULINK软件仿真及实验室模拟实验结果表明,该控制方法运行可靠,响应快速,适应性强,退火均匀,近似实现零长度退火。

Abstract:The article presents a compound control method based on fuzzy control and PID, which is used for the copper wire continuous annealing equipment. According to the simulation by SIMULINK and the experiments, the result shows that the system has a series of advantages, such as reliable in operation, rapid in response, strong in adaptability, uniform in annealing, and approximate in zero-length annealing.
