摘    要:目的:研究枸骨叶中的化学成分.方法:运用硅胶、Sephaclex LH-20柱色谱及硅胶薄层色谱等方法对枸骨叶中的化学成分进行分离,通过理化常数、质谱和核磁技术鉴定化合物.结果:从枸骨叶中分离并鉴定了6个化合物,分别为20α-羟基-乌索酸(1),阿江榄仁酸(2),23-羟基-乌索酸(3),27-O-(Z)-香豆酰基-乌索酸(4),27-O-(E)-香豆酰基-乌索酸(5),积雪草酸(6).结论:化合物1,2为首次从该属植物中分得到,化合物3~6为首次从该植物中分离得到.

Abstract:

Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of Ilex cornuta.  Method: The chemical constituents were isolated by column chromatographic methods. And the structures were identified by spectral data.  Result: Seven compounds were isolated and identified as follows: 2α-hydroxy ursolic acid (1), arjunolic acid (2), 23-hydroxy ursolic acid (3), 27-O-p-(Z)-coumaroyl ursolic acid (4), 27-O-p-(E)-coumaroyl ursolic acid (5), asiatic acid (6).  Conclusion: Compound 1, 2 were obtained from this genus for the first time and 3-6 from this plant for the first time.
