游梁式抽油机椭圆速率柔性驱动及抽油杆疲劳寿命分析

摘    要:游梁式抽油机椭圆速率驱动是一种基于变频器技术,将曲柄旋转运动规律由圆速率变为椭圆速率的柔性控制方案。依据椭圆速率驱动原理,求解了其曲柄随转角变化的解析式。在已知椭圆长、短轴前提下,便可求得目标曲线,进而反推出电机运动规律,为现场生产提供指导。对游梁式抽油机系统进行了室内台架测试,测得了2种驱动下曲柄角速度、悬点及泵前绳段载荷。以CYJT8-3-26HY型抽油机为例,使用Soliderworks软件,对圆速率、椭圆速率驱动下悬点运动规律进行运动学分析。以运动学分析结果作为边界条件,使用Ansys软件,对比分析了圆速率驱动、椭圆速率驱动对抽油杆疲劳性能的影响。分析发现,将圆速率驱动改变为椭圆速率驱动,对抽油杆柱疲劳性能有改善。

Abstract:A flexible control scheme based on frequency converter technology that changes the rotation speed of the crank from a circle speed to an ellipse speed was introduced. According to the ellipse speed drive scheme and principle, the analytical formula of the crank changing with the angle of rotation was solved, the target curve was obtained under the premise that the ellipse long and short axis a and b were known, and the motor motion law was deduced to provide guidance for on-site production. Through the indoor bench test of the beam pumping unit system, the angular velocity of the crank and the suspension point and the load of the front rope section of the pump were measured under two driving conditions. By using Soliderworks software, CYJT8-3-26HY pumping unit was taken as an example, the kinematics analysis of the motion law of the suspension point driven by the circular velocity and the ellipse velocity was carried out. Taking the kinematic analysis result as the boundary condition, by using Ansys software, the influence of the elliptical velocity drive and the circular velocity drive on the fatigue performance of the sucker rod was analyzed and compared. After analysis, it is found that changing the circular velocity drive to the elliptical velocity drive improves the fatigue performance of the sucker rod string.
