摘    要:含能材料作为当前军事及航空航天领域极为重要的材料,其工艺过程一直受到研究人员的重视.由于含能材料的热感度、机械敏感度等都比较高,在加工成型中极易因为加工温度过高或工艺不当,产生热点从而发生热自燃、自爆的现象.为此近年来科研人员常以聚合物的模拟仿真方法为基础,对含能材料的工艺过程进行数值模拟.通过查阅当前含能材料相关工艺...

Abstract:Energetic materials as the extremely important materials in the current military and aerospace field,the process had been paid much attention by researchers.Because the thermal sensitivity and mechanical sensitivity of energetic materials was high,it was very easy to produce hot spots in processing and forming due to high processing temperature or improper processing,which led to the phenomenon of thermal spontaneous combustion and self-explosion.For this reason,in recent years,researchers had often carried out numerical simulation on the process of energetic materials based on the simulation method of polymers.The current literatures on numerical simulation of the technological process of energetic materials were reviewed,the research progress of computer numerical simulation technology of energetic materials process was summarized in recent years,and it was proposed that the research and development of special simulation technology for energetic materials process should be further increased,which had important application value.
