摘    要:研究在聚丙烯基体中添加自制的发泡母粒、无机矿粉母粒、成核剂、增韧剂、气味去除剂、老化助剂等组分,并通过调节各组分含量,制备出一种具有轻量化、高强度、耐冲击、耐老化的微发泡的聚丙烯复合材料。该研究系统地将材料的结晶性、熔体强度、分散性等内在属性与材料的物理力学性能、气味、老化、成型性等汽车用塑料零部件的使用要求结合起来而得到的一款新型的环保型汽车用轻量化材料。

Abstract:Micro-foamed polypropylene composite materials with light weight,high strength,impact resistance and aging resistance were synthesized by adding and adjusting the components of self-made foaming masterbatch,inorganic mineral powder masterbatch,nucleating agent,toughening agent,odor remover,aging aid and other components to the polypropylene matrix.The research systematically combined the inherent properties of the material,such as,crystallinity,melt strength and dispersion with the physical and mechanical properties of the material,odor,aging,moldability and other requirements for the use of automotive plastic parts to obtain lightweight materials for environmentally friendly automobiles.
