小轴向尺寸磁悬浮转子系统机械耦合的研究

摘    要:分析了小轴向尺寸磁悬浮转子系统的机械耦合问题。导出了磁悬浮转子系统在三维空间的机械耦的计算方法,给出了各参数在小轴向尺寸情况下对机械耦合的影响曲线。在此基础上,探讨了小轴向尺寸磁悬浮转子系统中传感器的布置及测量方式对机械耦合的影响。得出磁悬浮转子系统的机械耦合是由系统的机械结构特性导致的,传感器的个数及其空间安置位置对机械耦合有影响等结论。

Abstract:In this paper mechanical coupling problem in a magnetic suspended spindle system with small axial dimension is analysed, deduces the formula for calculating mechanical coupling in a magnetic suspended spindle system in three dimensions is deduced. The influences on mechanical coupling of several structural parameters are illustrated. On the basis of above illustrations, the paper presents the advantages and disadvantages of different arrangement of the sensors, of the direct measuring and differential measuring, in this kind of magnetic suspended spindle system. It is obtained as conclusions that the mechanical coupling in a magnetic suspended spindle system is caused by the structural characteristics of the system and, the number of the sensors and their arrangement.
