| 摘 要： | 目的:为制定冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)自评量表,筛选、优化条目。方法:采用德尔菲(Delphi)法,在前期研究基础上编制《冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)自评量表专家问卷调查表》,向全国40余位专家发送3次问卷调查,并对其中第3轮问卷结果进行分析。结果:第3次调查问卷发出43份,收回有效问卷40份,专家积极系数为93.02%,专家总体权威系数为88.31%,专家意见的总体协调系数W为0.57,P<0.05。量表分疾病、体质2个维度,删除3个条目,确定胸痛、胸闷、诱因、运动耐量、气短、唇舌青紫、四肢沉重7个条目。结论:专家代表性强,积极性高,权威程度、协调性好,应用Delphi法对《冠心病稳定型心绞痛(痰瘀互结证)自评量表》条目筛选的结果可取。
