| 摘 要： | 为提高焊接质量,对涂装的船舶舾装件焊接安装前需打磨涂层的工艺进行改进,结合外高桥舾装件涂装和存放的现状,提出舾装件焊接区域不涂装,仅涂车间底漆进行防腐保护的方法,实施效果证明该方法可有效规避舾装件的焊前打磨,在外高桥建造的船舶上层建筑中基本实现了推广应用。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the welding quality,the process of that the coating of the coated ship outfitting parts needs to be polished before welding and installation was improved.Combined with the current situation of the coating and storage of Waigaoqiao outfitting parts,a method of anti-corrosion protection without coating in the welding area of outfitting parts and only coating workshop primer was proposed.The implementation effect showed that this method effectively avoids the pre-welding polishing of outfitting parts.This method has been basically popularized and applied in the ship superstructure built in Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Company Limited. |
