Clinical value of serum IgA,IgG and IgM in auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis B

Objective To discuss the clinical value of serum immunoglobulin(Ig)A,IgG and IgM in auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis B.Methods 88 patients with severe hepatitis B were selected as the experimental group,88 patients with mild to moderate hepatitis B during the same period were selected as the control group,and 88 patients who went to our hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The levels of serum IgG,IgM and IgA were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer and supporting inspection reagents.The levels of IgA,IgM,and IgG in the three groups were compared.After treatment,the levels of total bilirubin(TBIL),prothrombin activity(PTA),IgA,IgM,and IgG were compared between patients with effective treatment and ineffective treatment.Results The IgA,IgM,and IgG in the experimental group were(2.8±0.5),(3.0±0.6),and(17.6±1.3)g/L,which were higher than(2.2±0.3),(2.2±0.3),and(14.6±1.6)g/L in the control group,and(1.8±0.2),(1.5±0.2),and(11.0±1.2)g/L in the healthy group,and the control group was higher than the healthy group.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,126 cases were effective and 50 cases were ineffective.The TBIL(175.0±12.4)μmol/L,IgA(2.2±0.4)g/L,IgM(2.4±0.4)g/L,and IgG(14.1±2.1)g/L of patients with effective treatment were all lower than(341.0±14.5)μmol/L,(3.4±0.6)g/L,(3.3±0.5)g/L,(17.5±1.6)g/L of patients with ineffective treatment,and the PTA(52.0±10.1)%was higher than(30.0±2.3)%of patients with ineffective treatment.All differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum IgA,IgG,IgM test for auxiliary diagnosis of hepatitis B can improve the accuracy and reliability of disease examination and diagnosis,and then ensure the therapeutic effect,so it has high application and promotion value.
