摘    要:本文介绍了济钢研制开发桥梁用高强度耐候钢板SMA490AW、SMA490BW的生产工艺和结果,该钢化学成分、力学性能等技术指标均达到了标准要求,具有低的屈强比、优良的焊接性能和耐大气腐蚀性能,满足了桥梁钢结构的需要。

Abstract:This article describes the production process and result in research and development of high strength weather-resisting plate SMA490AW,SMA490BW for bridge.The technical indices such as chemical composition,mechanical properties,etc.of the steel all meet standard requirements.The steel has low strength to yield ratio,excellent weldability and weather corrosion-resisting properties and meets the requirements for bridge steel structure.
