| 摘 要： | 基于200 m3充气机械搅拌式浮选机的特点,针对德兴铜矿大山选矿厂选矿工艺流程,分析液位自动控制系统的要求及影响因素,研究多回路浮选液位系统控制算法及结构,开发液位自动控制系统,并提出控制系统的优化方案,在大山选矿厂完成工业应用。实践表明,该系统在多回路浮选作业时能够保障浮选机可靠运行,稳定生产流程,保证生产指标,并提高选矿厂的自动化水平。
