摘    要:本文对活动型栅格收球网的使用性能及其相关因素进行了调查研究 ,认为收球率低的主要原因是收球网在收球工况时基本功能不稳定。为克服上述不足 ,研制了旋摆自锁式收球网。通过样机模拟试验及工业试验 ,结果表明 :各工况操作准确到位 ,自锁可靠 ,性能稳定 ,收球率≥ 98% ,连续使用 7个月故障率为 0 ,可用度为 10 0 % ,投资回收期短 ,节能效益显著

Abstract:This paper makes an investigation on operational performance and related factors of the mobile screen \| mesh ballcollecting plant and draw a conclusion that the main reason of the low ball \| collecting rate is the unstable function of the ball collecting plant in job status. In order to overcome the defect, rotation \| yaw squegging ball \| collecting plant is launched. The prototype simulating trial and industrial test show that the mechanism is on the accurate position in all statuses and is reliable squegging with stable performance, ball \| collecting rate is higher than 98%, the breakdown rate is zero even if it runs for 7 months continually, availability is 100%, it can bring investment return in short period and save energy distinctly.
