高职教师信息化教学能力现状实证研究——以海南高职院校为例

摘    要:为了解海南高职院校教师信息化教学能力现状,以海南高职院校教师为调查样本,从教师信息化教学意识、信息化教学设计能力、信息化教学实施能力、信息化环境满意度以及信息化培训需求等5个维度进行问卷调查,采用SPSS进行实证研究。研究结果显示:教师对学校信息化环境满意度能正向影响信息化教学意识,信息化教学意识能正向影响信息化教学设计能力及信息化培训需求,信息化教学设计能力能正向影响信息化教学实施能力。高职院校应加大信息化环境建设力度,制订相关政策鼓励信息化教学,提供多样化的信息化培训,提高教师信息化学习的主观能动性。

Abstract:In order to understand the current situation of teachers’ information teaching ability in Hainan higher vocational colleges, this study took teachers in Hainan higher vocational colleges as the survey sample, the survey was conducted from five dimensions, including teachers’ information teaching awareness, information teaching design ability, information teaching implementation ability, teachers’ training needs in information and satisfaction in Information environment. Empirical research was conducted through SPSS. The results show that teachers’ satisfaction with the school information environment can positively affect the information teaching awareness, the information teaching awareness can positively affect the information teaching design ability and teachers’ training demands for information, and the information teaching design ability can positively affect the information teaching implementation ability. Higher vocational colleges should intensify the building of the school information environment, encourage information-based teaching related policies, provide diversified information technology training and improve teachers’ information learning activeness.
