摘    要:钠硫电池的欧姆内阻与温度和放电深度(DOD)密切相关。通过不同温度下的脉冲放电实验,测量不同DOD时钠硫电池的欧姆内阻。除DOD为100%外,在某一固定DOD下,欧姆内阻随着温度的降低而增大。在某一固定温度下,DOD为0~7.14%时,随着DOD增加,β″-氧化铝陶瓷管外表面高阻抗的硫单质层被消耗,造成欧姆内阻逐渐减小;DOD为7.14%~85.70%时,欧姆内阻基本恒定;DOD为85.70%~100%时,随着DOD增加,电池负极有效反应面积减小,欧姆内阻急剧增大。DOD为7.14%~57.14%时,钠硫电池的开路电压为2.065~2.079 V,具有良好的功率特性。

Abstract:The ohmic internal resistance of sodium-sulfur battery was closely related with temperature and depth of discharge (DOD).The ohmic internal resistances of sodium-sulfur battery with different DOD were measured by pulse discharge test at different temperatures.At a fixed DOD,the ohmic internal resistance increased with the decreasing of temperature,except 100% DOD.At a fixed temperature,when DOD was in 0-7.14%,the ohmic internal resistance reduced when DOD increased,owing to the consuming of high impedance sulfur layer on the outer surface of β"-Al2O3 ceramic tube.When DOD was in 7.14%-85.70%,the ohmic internal resistance was basically constant.When DOD was in 85.70%-100%,the ohmic internal resistance increased sharply while DOD increased,which was causing by the decrease of effective reaction area of negative electrode.When DOD was in 7.14%-57.14%,the sodium-sulfur battery had fine power characteristic with the open circuit voltage of 2.065-2.079 V.
