摘    要:目的:研究涎腺腺样囊性癌(SACC)组织中P27、Ki-67的表达及其与SACC发生发展的关系.方法:采用免疫组织化学法检测41例SACC、15例涎腺多形性腺瘤(PA)及12例正常涎腺组织(NSG)中P27、Ki-67蛋白的表达情况.结果:SACC组织中P27高表达率和标记指数(LI)均低于NSG和PA(P均<0.05),Ki-67阳性率和LI均高于PA和NSG(P均<0.05).有转移的SACC组织中P27 LI低于无转移组(P<0.05);实性型SACC组织中Ki-67阳性率及LI高于腺-管型(P<0.05).SACC组织中P27与Ki-67的表达呈负相关(rs=-0.384,P<0.05).结论:P27蛋白表达的下降可能加速了细胞周期,促进了细胞增殖,参与了SACC的发生发展过程.Ki-67可用于SACC与涎腺良性肿瘤的辅助鉴别诊断.

Abstract:Aim: To explore the expression of P27 and Ki 67 in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC) tissue. Methods: A total of 41 cases of SACC,15 cases of pleomorphic adenoma(PA), and 12 cases of normal salivary gland(NSG) were subjected to detect the expression of P27 and Ki 67 by immunohistochemical method.Results: The P27 high expression rate and label index(LI) in SACC were lower than those of PA and NSG, while Ki 67 positive rate and LI in SACC were higher than those of PA and NSG (P<0.05). P27 LI was correlated with metastasis of SACC(P<0.05),and there was significant difference between different pathological types of SACC in both Ki 67 positive rate and Ki 67 LI (P<0.05).The expression of P27 was negatively correlated with that of Ki 67 in SACC(r_s=-0.384,P<0.05).Conclusion: The reduced expression of P27 might accelerate the progress of the cell cycle and promote the carcinogenesis and proliferation of SACC.Ki 67 might be helpful to diagnose SACC and benign salivary tumor.
