在多年教学管理和教学实践基础上,自2003年采用信息采集法、问卷调查法、座谈会法和个案分析法对该课题进行立项研究,确立了“2＋1＋1教学模式” ,制定了“2＋1＋1人才培养方案”,建立了“大类招生-专业分化-方向分流-本硕衔接”的课程体系.按药学大类招生有利于复合型、综合型、应用型人才的培养,有利于增加高考录取率,有利于提高就业率,是药学教育改革发展的趋势.

Studies and Practice on Courses System of Enrollment Reform of Pharmacy

To set up the course system of enrollment reform of Pharmacy,the authors make a scientific research by using the methods of collecting,investigation,discussion and analysis on the basis of teaching management and teaching practice since 2003."2 1 1" educational model,talents training plan and course system of enrollment system of pharmacy are established,which shows the enrollment reform of Pharmacy is good for cultivating pharmaceutical service talents,increasing college entrance examination and raising employment rate.
