| Abstract: | According to the situation of the environmental industry in China, in this paper the authors try to inquire into the three basic categories (that is, market structure, market conduct and market performance)with the theory of industrial organization. In the light of the problem for environmental industry, three policies of environmental industry have been advanced. First. formulate the policy goal of environmental industry. Second, form a perfect market of environmental industry. Third, expand the economic scale of environmental industry. |
