宫颈癌综合治疗后激素替代治疗85例

目的: 探讨宫颈癌综合治疗(手术和/或放疗)后激素替代治疗(HRT)的效果,以期提高宫颈癌综合治疗后的患者生活质量.方法: 采用前瞻性研究,实验组59例,其中雌激素治疗组35例、雌孕激素联合治疗组24例;对照组26例.观察每位患者在用药前、用药6 mo后的更年期症状Kuppemen评分、血脂、血性激素的变化.结果: 与对照组相比,雌激素治疗组和雌孕激素联合治疗组两组患者的更年期症状明显减轻(P<0.05);血脂中低密度脂蛋白较用药前明显下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白较用药前明显升高(P<0.05);促卵泡激素和黄体生成素水平较用药前明显下降(P<0.05),雌二醇水平较用药前明显升高(P<0.05).结论: 宫颈癌患者综合治疗后,HRT能明显减轻患者卵巢功能丧失所引起的更年期症状,提高患者生活质量.

Hormone replacement therapy after combined treatment of cervical carcinoma: 85 cases report

AIM: To assess the effect of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) after the combined treatment of cervical carcinoma so as to improve the prognosis of patients who received the combined therapy.METHODS: Fifty-nine patients of cervical carcinoma received HRT,of whom 35 received therapy of estrogen and 24 received combined therapy of estrogen and progesterone.Twenty-six other patients were included in control group.The Kuppemen integral of post-ovariectomy symptoms,serum lipid and level of the sex hormone at the time before and 6 months after the treatment were observed.RESULTS: Compared with that in control group,the Kuppemen integral of post-ovariectomy symptoms inpatients who received HRT significantly decreased(P<0.05).The level of the low-density lipid decreased while the high-density lipid increased ( P<0.05 ).The patients had a lower level of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH)and luteinizing hormone (LH)(P<0.05).CONCLUSION: HRT can significantly relieve the post-ovariectomy symptoms of patients receiving combined therapy and can improve their prognosis.
