HPLC-DAD法同时测定复方益肝灵胶囊中水飞蓟宾和五味子醇甲的含量

目的：建立同时测定复方益肝灵胶囊中水飞蓟宾和五味子醇甲含量的方法。方法：色谱柱：Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长：水飞蓟宾为287 nm,五味子醇甲为250 nm。结果：水飞蓟宾在0.099 7~1.994 0μg（r=0.999 9）线性关系良好,平均加样回收率99.5%（RSD=0.5%,n=6）;五味子醇甲在0.100 1~2.002 0μg（r=1.000 0）线性关系良好,平均加样回收率97.4%（RSD=1.5%,n=6）。结论：本法简便、可靠、准确,可用于复方益肝灵胶囊的含量测定。

Simultaneous Determination of Silybin and Schisandrol A in Compound Yiganling Capsules by HPLC-DAD

Objective;To establish an HPLC-DAD method for the simultaneous determination of silybin and schisandroi A in compound Yiganling capsules.Method：The separation was performed on an Agilent Zorbax SB-Aq（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2%phosphoric acid aqueous with gradieni elution.The deteclion wavelength was 287nm for silybin and 250nm for schisandroi A.Result：The calibration curve of silybin was linear within the range of 0.099 7-1.994 0 μg（r = 0.999 9）,the average recover）-wus 99.5%,and RSD was 0.5%（n =6）.The calibration curve of schisandroi A was linear within the range of 0.100 1-2.002 0μg（r = 1.000 0）,the average recovery was 97.4%,and RSD was 1.5%（n = 6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable and accurate,and can be used for the content determination of compound Yiganling capsules.
