摘    要:为实现电池本体装配操作方便,研制了一种电动翻转架,采用蜗轮蜗杆优化设计方法,以液压叉车作为基础,根据本体装配工艺要求设计了回转装置和夹紧装置,电动翻转架成功地投入生产应用,结果表明它大大改善了本体装配方式,提高了本体生产的经济效益.

Abstract:In order to realize the battery body assembling operation convenience,a new electromotion turning frame(ETF) was designed and manufactured with a principle of worm wheel and worm optimization design.Based on hydraulic fork and the technical requesting of the battery body assembling,turning equipment and clipping equipment are designed and developed.The ETF is applied to the production successfully.As a result,the method of the body assembly is improved,and the economic performance of the body assembly production is raised.
