摘    要:从理论上阐释了利文斯顿爆破能量平衡准则,采用黑索金炸药对模拟煤体进行爆破漏斗试验,从而得出了硬煤、中硬煤和软煤的相关爆破参数,根据不同煤体中的炸药埋深、爆破漏斗体积、漏斗半径、爆破漏斗的临界埋深和最佳埋深等内容回归出了不同煤体中爆破漏斗参数之间的数学关系式,并根据炸药量与炸药埋深的关系得出硬煤、中硬煤和软煤的变形能系数分别为2.62 m/kg1/3、3.05 m/kg1/3和3.49 m/kg1/3,试验结果表明:煤体没有同强度的岩体坚韧,所能吸收的爆破能有限;硬煤较中硬煤和软煤难爆,岩体和冻土较硬煤难爆等,为进一步研究煤体中的爆破机理提供数据参考。

Abstract:Livingston's blasting energy balance law is explained theoretically in this paper,and simulation teat of explosion crater is made in the laboratory with cement coal models and RDX,related blasting parameters of hard coal,mid-hard coal and soft coal are obtained,meanwhile the mathematical relationship of blasting crater parameters in respective coal are found according to charge embedment depth,blasting crater volume and radius,critical and Optimum buried depth of explosion crater in various coals,Finally,according to the relationship of explosive mass and charge enabedment depth,it is founded that the deformation energy coefficient of hard coal,mid-hard coal and soft coal is 2.62 m/kg~(1/3),3.05 m/kg~(1/3) and 3.49 m/kg~(1/3) respectively.The result indicates:coal is softer than rock,the blasting energy that coal absorbed is little;hard coal is more difficult to blast than mid-hard coal and soft coal,rock and frost soil are harder to explode than hard coal ect;This article has a reference value for the further studies on blasting mechanism of coal.
