咳嗽变异性哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞分泌细胞因子水平变化

目的:观察咳嗽变异性哮喘患者外周血单个核细胞中的白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平的变化。方法:分别用双夹心ELISA法检测咳嗽变异性哮喘患者34例(CVA组)、健康志愿者20名(对照组)外周血单个核细胞中IL-5、IL-13水平。结果:CVA组患者的外周血单核细胞(PB-MC)中IL-5水平明显高于正常组,P<0.01;植物血凝素(PHA)刺激后的PBMC中IL-13水平均低于正常组,P<0.05。结论:CVA患者在受到激发状态时,IL-5迅速入血,促进嗜酸性粒细胞分泌并聚集到气道内,进一步促进其他Th2因子的产生,加重气道炎症。

Cytokines of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood of patients with cough variant asthma

Objective:To study changes of IL-5 and IL-13 levels of mononuclear cells in peripheral blood of patients with cough variant asthma.Methods:Levels of IL-13 and IL-5 secreted by peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC) were detected using double-sandwich ELISA method in 34 patients with cough variant asthma(CVA)(trial group) and 20 healthy volunteers(control group).Results:The level of IL-5 in trial group was much higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The level of IL-13 in trial group was lower than that in control group after stimulated by phytohemagglutinin(PHA)(P<0.05).Conclusion:IL-5 may come into blood promptly in patients with CVA after being evoked,which facilitates the secretion of eosinophils,the accumulation of it in the airway ensues,then promotes the production of other Th2 cytokines,which may deteriorate the inflammatory reaction of the airway.
