摘    要:舱内噪声影响乘客乘坐飞机的舒适性,同时噪声是影响民用飞机获得适航证和市场认可的重要因素之一。在飞机低噪声设计开发中,机体表面高频声载荷的数值预测方法起着至关重要的作用。使用区域投影声束追踪法进行飞机表面的声载荷预测可以解决经典几何声学方法在大空间下计算的不适应性。经典声线追踪法对不同空间下的声线接收域有着严格的要求,文章将飞机模型的单元网格作为模型的单个接收域,将接收域向声源包络面上投影确定接收域应该接收的声能量密度,通过与经典算法在标准模型下的计算结果对比,定量分析了改进方法与经典方法在计算结果与计算效率上的优劣;通过对比商业软件的声线法模块在飞机模型下的计算结果,验证了改进计算方法计算结果的准确性。

Abstract:Cabin noise affects the comfort of passengers in aircraft, and noise is one of the important factors affecting the airworthiness certificate and market acceptance of civil aircraft. Numerical prediction methods for high-frequency acoustic loads on fuselage play a crucial role in the development of aircraft low-noise design. The area projection beam-tracing method for the acoustic pressure prediction on fuselage can solve the inadaptability of using classical geometric acoustic method for calculation in large space. The classical ray-tracing method has strict requirements on the receiving cells under different spaces. In this paper, the cell grid of the fuselage model is taken as a single receiving cell of the model, and the projection of the receiving cell onto the sound source envelope surface determines the acoustic energy density that the receiving cell should receive. By comparing the calculation results with the classical algorithm under the standard model, the advantages and disadvantages of the improved method and the classical method in terms of calculation results and calculation efficiency are quantitatively analyzed. The accuracy of the improved method is verified by comparing the calculation results of acoustic ray-tracing method module of commercial software under the aircraft model.
