| Abstract: | This paper introduces a failure diagnose system. It can diagnose failures on almost all integrated circuits, semiconductor devices and non-source devices in circuit. This paper also introduces the founctions, characteristic, structure, electric circuits and software flow chart, and the limitition of the application and the solution methods for this kind of system. |
