婴幼儿家长育儿知识调查及干预措施探讨

摘    要:目的:了解婴幼儿家长育儿知识掌握情况,分析影响因素。方法:课题以余杭区婴幼儿家长育儿知识掌握情况为研究对象,以余杭区城区及周边镇乡婴幼儿家庭情况问卷、家长育儿知识试卷测试资料为基础研究材料,对家长育儿知识掌握情况、家庭一般情况进行调查分析;通过经验总结、文献研究等方法,提出包括干预家长及婴幼儿的早期教养、保健、健康教育等内容的综合性干预措施。结果:目前家长获得育儿知识主要途径为书籍,最想通过的途径为医院,获得育儿知识主要形式及最想通过的形式均为书籍,家长最想了解的育儿知识内容为教育。与婴幼儿家长育儿知识得分情况相关的因素包括家庭住址、家庭经济情况、家长文化程度、看育儿书籍。开展婴幼儿家长育儿知识健康教育可提高育儿知识测试总分,可促进婴幼儿身心健康。结论:系统地开展婴幼儿家长健康教育是一项提高家长科学育儿知识水平、促进婴幼儿健康发展的简便、有效、可行方法。

Abstract:Objective To know about the education knowledge to infants of the fosters and analysis effect factors,to provide intervening measures of rearing knowledge to infant parents, offer superior healthy education, promote scientific knowledge popularized and stimulate infants to grow up healthy. Methods Education knowledge to infant of parents from Yuhang district in Hangzhou was the study content Infant family environment questionnaires of urban and countryside in Yuhang and rearing knowledge of parents questionnaires were completed Analysis to the education knowledge to infants and environment of family provide the intervening measures of early education, health care and health education to parents and infants through the experience and document study. Results The main way of getting rearing knowledge was from book at moment, the reckoned way was from hospital and the main and reckoned form of rearing knowledge were both books,the contents of education knowledge the parents thirst get were education. The interrelated factors of scores of rearing knowledge from infant parents were family cultural background and books of rearing knowledge. Publishing health education knowledge can improve the score of rearing knowledge and promote the physical and psychological health of infant. Conclusions System publishing the knowledge of health education to infant parents what can improve the level of scientific knowledge and promote in infant grow health was the simple, effective and feasible method.
