| 摘 要： | 减阻剂在极低用量(纳摩尔级)的情况下能降低流体流动的阻力,在石油化工、消防、灌溉、泄洪等诸多领域中得到应用。在医药领域,减阻剂对心血管疾病、失血性休克等局部或全身性缺血有潜在的治疗价值,并有可能成为利尿剂。本文将综述减阻剂在医药领域中应用的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Drag reduction agents(DRA)are used in several ppm concentrations to accelerate significantly the flow through conduits in oil pipelines,oil well operations,fire fighting,field irrigation,flood water disposal,and so on.DRA may offer a novel method to treat organ/tissue ischemia in cardiovascular disease and hemorrhagic shock.DRA may also be a novel class of diuretic.Their biomedical applications are reviewed in this arlicle. |
