论以人为本的价值哲学意蕴

以人为本是科学发展观的一个原则或根本要求。从马克思主义价值哲学新视角审视以人为本,其哲学意蕴在于:现实的人是以人为本的价值本位,现实的人是指在社会关系中从事实践活动的人,是个体主体、群体主体和类主体的统一;人的主体性是以人为本的价值原则,它意味着人是人的世界及其历史的根本、主体,还意味着人本身就是自己独立人格的主体;人的物质需要和精神需要的满足是以人为本的价值目标;集体主义价值观是以人为本的价值导向,它要求把个人看作手段和目的的统一,同时又要把集体对个人的关心、爱护、尊重程度和对个人正当利益的满足程度作为衡量集体真实性和先进性的尺度。

Implications of the Value Philosophy with Human As the Root

And man-in-reality refers to the man engaging in practical activities, and is the unification of the subject of the individual, of the group, and of the species. The subjectivity of man is a value principle of taking man as the root, indicating that man is the very root, subject of the human world and its history, and that man himself is the very subject of his own independent personality, To meet man's material and spiritual needs is, therefore, the very goal of taking man as the root; whereas the collectivist outlook on values is its guide, demanding, on the one hand, that the individual is to be considered as the unity of means and purpose, and that the concern and the love for the individual on the part on collectivism, and to what extent the latter respects the former and to what extent the latter meets the former's proper demands are to be taken as the measurements for the reality and advancedness of collectivism on the other.
